Brentwood Square is a lifestyle center with a unique blend of national retailers not present in the St. Louis market. Brentwood Square originally opened in December 1951. To keep the neighborhood feel, Pace Properties retained the center’s original name and its neon sign that had become an icon of the shopping center and the community; a move that has yielded much positive feedback from local residents.
Today, Brentwood Square merchants include the St. Louis area’s first Arhaus Furniture, Container Store, REI, Whole Foods Market and Nordstrom Rack stores. The shopping destination also includes AT&T, FedEx Office, Pier One Imports and Saint Louis Bread Company.
Brentwood Square received the St. Louis SIOR chapter’s 2000 Retail Development of the Year award.
